Jen wanted to set Ivy up for success from the beginning, and started training her a 8 weeks old. When Ivy was just over a year and a half old, I had the opportunity to see Ivy's obedience skills put to the test inside a pet store. Ivy stayed very focused on Jen, walked past another dog calmly while paying close attention to Jen's instructions, and was very impressive at the 'stay' from 20 feet away and the recall from 10 feet away. It's clear to see that Jen and Ivy have a very strong bond and that keeps Ivy focused even in a very distracting pet store environment!
